Before installing
- Confirm that the vehicle offers the package and read its exact notice.
- Park securely and meet the displayed battery and connectivity requirements.
- Allow enough time and avoid starting before an essential journey.
- Make a note of important charging, phone and assistance preferences.
Check the vehicle afterwards
- Confirm that the software screen reports 5.9.5 and no persistent warning remains.
- Test calls, projection, navigation audio and the on-screen dock while parked.
- Check driver profiles, charging limits, schedules and navigation permissions.
- Review XCOMBO automations and frequently used assistance settings.
- Test cameras and parking views before relying on them.
Changed layout or genuine problem?
A rearranged menu can be intentional. A frozen display, missing safety control, repeated warning or vehicle that cannot become ready is not something to ignore. Save safe photographs of the version and warning, note whether one documented restart changes it, and contact XPENG support.
If 5.9.5 is not offered
