The My XPENG owner profile uses browser storage on the device you are using. MyXPENG does not receive the saved model, model year or XOS version. Clearing the profile or browser storage removes those local details.

My XPENG vehicle details stay in your browser. Contact messages and newsletter subscriptions are stored only when you submit them, protected and retained only as needed.
Information you submit
Contact, advertising, owner-report and newsletter forms send only the details shown in the form. They are used to answer the request, operate the selected service, prevent misuse and maintain necessary records.
Cookies and essential sessions
Ordinary guide pages do not require an account session. Essential security cookies may be used for forms and administration, including protection against forged submissions. Advertising links can lead to third-party services with their own privacy terms.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting optional forms, clear the local vehicle profile and unsubscribe from newsletters. Use the secure contact form for an access, correction or deletion request relating to submitted personal information.
Security and retention
Submitted information is access-controlled and retained only for operational, legal or security needs. No internet service can promise absolute security, so sensitive vehicle credentials, passwords and payment-card details must not be submitted through public forms.

EVHub UK operates MyXPENG. To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through a public form, use the secure contact form and choose General. Do not include vehicle credentials, passwords, PINs, security codes or payment-card information.
